Reviews from clients on Trustpilot

What clients say about working with us.

★★★★★

More appointments, more premium, less stress

Came to Kieran and the AcquiFlow team looking for more consistent appointments and honestly didn’t expect much, as we’d tried a few things before. Within the last 12 months. our diary was busier than it’s been in a long time and we’ve written a lot more premium off the back of it. Easy to work with and always quick to respond. Would recommend.

Started working with Kieran just before Christmas and have to say he has increased our leads dramatically and we are busier now than we ever were. Kieran has been an absolute pleasure to work with, always there to help when needed, and always responds to emails and texts straightway. Would highly recommend Kieran to any company wanting to improve and grow their business. Can’t fault him at all. Thanks for all you have done Kieran.

The acquisition gap

Referrals are valuable. They're also uncontrollable.

Most independent brokerages grow the same way: word of mouth, existing clients, the occasional introduction. It works until a quiet quarter, and then there is no lever to pull.

Buying leads rarely fixes it. The trouble is usually not the lead. It's what happens around it.

01An enquiry arrives on a Friday evening and gets a reply on Tuesday.
02Leads are shared with other brokers, so you are one of several calls.
03The form asks too little, or too much, and the appointment never gets booked.
04Nobody records what happened next, so no one knows which campaign produced a policy.

AcquiFlow doesn't just hand you names and phone numbers. We build the acquisition and follow-up infrastructure that turns buyer intent into tracked appointments and measurable insurance business.

How it works

Six parts. One system.

We build, run and optimise the marketing side. You keep the advice, the sales conversation and the client relationship.

1

Sector intelligence

We study the buyer, the industry, the policy trigger, the renewal cycle and the reasons people put off acting, in the language they actually use.

2

A campaign built for one sector

One policy family, one buyer profile, one territory per funnel. Creative leads with the business exposure or renewal problem, not insurance jargon.

3

Qualification funnel

Landing page and form that collect enough context for a useful first conversation, without feeling like an application. Consent and your approved disclosures included.

4

Rapid follow-up

Every enquiry is routed, acknowledged and chased while intent is highest. Your advisor is notified and escalated to if nobody acts.

5

Appointment system

Booking, confirmation, pre-call education and reminders. Missed appointments get a reschedule path and a two-week recovery sequence.

6

Attribution and optimisation

We track from enquiry to application to in-force, then feed those sales outcomes back into targeting, creative and qualification.

The narrow rule

Narrow campaigns win. Broad ones blur.

A fleet campaign for haulage owners needs different data, questions and follow-up from a public liability campaign for trades. So we never run a "general insurance" campaign.

Examples only. Your campaign is built around the sector, policy line and territory where you want to grow, whether that is a county, a city or a region.

Built for Ireland & the UK

Two markets. Your regulator's rules.

01

Wording your compliance signs off

Whether you're regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland or authorised by the FCA, every ad, page and message goes through your approval before it goes live. We never imply guaranteed cover, savings or acceptance.

02

Consent you can evidence

Forms capture consent with a timestamp. Follow-up runs only over channels the person agreed to, and it stops on booking or opt-out. Built around GDPR and UK GDPR, and the ePrivacy and PECR marketing rules.

03

Local buyers, local language

Mortgage protection, renewal season, contract requirements, county and regional targeting. We write for how Irish and UK buyers actually talk about cover, in plain English, and model your economics in euro or sterling.

Reporting

Know which campaigns create in-force business.

A cheap lead is not a win if nobody is contacted, attends or becomes a client. We report the whole chain in your CRM, so you can see where the pipeline really leaks.

A good fit

You should talk to us if…

  • You're an independent broker, brokerage owner or specialist commercial-lines firm in Ireland or the UK
  • You're regulated in your own right, or operate under an authorised principal, and can approve marketing copy
  • You sell a defined policy line to a segment you can name
  • You know roughly what a bound account is worth and how often appointments convert
  • You have advisor capacity and will follow up quickly
  • You can commit to a 90-day build, test and optimise period
  • You'll use the CRM and report applications and in-force outcomes
Not a fit

We'll say so early if…

  • You want a guaranteed number of customers or policies
  • You'd like one campaign to cover every product and every market
  • You can't handle more appointments than you have today
  • Leads won't be followed up, or outcomes won't be recorded
  • You're looking for someone to advise or sell on your behalf
The growth audit

We start with your numbers, not a pitch.

Four answers give us your break-even appointment cost, your allowable acquisition cost and how much volume your team can properly handle.

  1. What is a bound account worth: first-year commission, annual revenue or gross value?
  2. What share of attended first appointments becomes quoted, bound or in force?
  3. What share of booked appointments actually attend?
  4. How many appointments can your team genuinely handle each week?
Questions

The fair objections.

We've bought leads before and they didn't work.

We'd want to know why. Usually it was one of a few things: shared leads, slow first contact, weak qualification, thin follow-up, or no tracking past the enquiry. Those are system problems, and they're what we build around. We don't sell a list of names.

We grow through referrals. Why add anything else?

Referrals are trusted, and this doesn't replace them. But you can't switch them on when the diary is thin. A tracked acquisition channel gives you a second source of clients that you can measure and adjust.

Won't these just be price shoppers?

It depends on the angle, the qualification and what happens before the call. We lead with a specific business exposure or life event rather than a generic quote, and we prepare people for the appointment. That changes who enquires and how they arrive.

Do you give insurance advice or speak to my leads?

No. Our automation acknowledges the enquiry and books the appointment using wording you have approved. Advice, suitability, quotes and sales stay with your licensed team.

Can you guarantee a number of policies?

No. Anyone promising that hasn't seen your close rates, show rates or case values. We'll model realistic economics with you in the audit and report on real outcomes as they arrive.

Which CRM do you use?

We build the pipeline in GoHighLevel: routing, notifications, booking, reminders, no-show recovery and long-term nurture. It's the single source of truth for every enquiry, from source to policy.

Can you work with the contacts we already have?

Yes, where the records are suitable and lawfully contactable. Old enquiries, quotes that didn't proceed and existing clients due a review can be re-engaged. We report that separately from new acquisition so neither flatters the other.
